Does MISys use Sage 300 Lanpaks or IAPs and how many do I need?

MISys Manufacturing uses Lanpaks when integrating with Sage 300 ERP.

The MISys application requires 1 Sage 300 Lanpak to be available when it makes a call to the Sage database (for integration purposes). Once it has performed the call, that Lanpak is then released and available.

MISys was designed to be as efficient as possible during integration and does it's best to to use the Lanpak for whatever process is being performed and then release it as soon as it's no longer needed.
