If your Intacct Company is in fact Multi Entity, this message indicates that the Intacct User being utilized by MISys does not have Full Admin privileges in Intacct.
You can verify this by doing the following:
Log into the MISys Client | Administration | Company Options | Accounting Tab.
Make note of the Intacct User being referenced.
Log into your Intacct Company as an Administrator.
Navigate to Company | Users.
Select Edit for the User Account (being referenced in MISys | Company Options | Accounting Tab) and check the setting for Admin privileges.
The Intacct User that MISys uses to connect to Intacct (as defined in MISys Company Options on the Accounting Tab), must be using an Intacct User Account that has Full Administrative privileges.
